Maria ought to be praised for her work ethic, attitude and resiliency handling a high-volume location and all that she does!”
“Difficult to change storage units when living in different state. Extra Space Storage on Lyons, Spokane, was helpful to transfer my information, with no stress( as they had the smaller unit I needed) as well taking time to confirm what would work best for me storage needs. Extra Space Storage on Sprague, Spokane Valley has been amazing to work with over the last few years. As I have needed different people to access my unit for different reasons. Clean, easy access, great staff!!! This company is truly the go to for my storage needs. Both locations are fantastic to work with!!!”

“Words cannot express my level of gratitude for this business. Lets be honest, great customer service is rare. These guys knocked it out of the park. My entire experience with them from start to finish was so effortless. I was so impressed with the young lady that assisted me (whos name I still did not get).If you have ever accidentally washed and dried a load of clothes with a paint stick used on tires you may be able to match my level of panic.They were so quick and had the right chemicals on hand to remove the "permanent" product. I will never go anywhere else for specialty wash items. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.”

“Clean with option to purchase soap and a change machine plus ATM. I think lowest wash I saw was $2. Looks like .25cents to dry for 7 or so minutes. A few out of orders but nothing too crazy unless it gets crowded here. Some laundry baskets to move your clothes or fold them with tables around. No public restrooms.”
“I used to go here as a kid (about 30 years ago) and it still looks pretty much the same... With the addition of some new machines that take digital payment and credit cards. My washing machine just died, so it was time to visit the Laundromat and of course I came back to this one. I was greeted with a smile and started doing my laundry. After the rinse cycle almost finished, I noticed there were still a lot of suds in the washer, because my washing machine died in the middle of a wash cycle my clothes had too much soap still in them. She was so nice and started the cycle over again for me for free.
It was so nice having a clean Laundromat to come to with friendly, caring service. I highly recommend them.”

“Delivery drivers are super nice, deliveries are prompt and quick! Our floor mat wasn't always brought up to our suite but they make it priority to fix any issue and always listen to our concerns. Very happy with Alsco!”

“I live on Fairchild AFB and we do not have a laundry mat. This place is close and always has machines available, there is a restaurant on one side, and gas station in the middle. Plenty to keep you busy while doing a few loads.”
“In my experience there are essentially two sorts of businesses:
1) Businesses that SERVE the customer, meaning they do their best to keep their promises to someone buys products or services from them. A good place to do business.
2) Then there are businesses who take CARE of their customer, meaning they anticipate needs or issues and resolve them in a way that works both for the customer AND the business.
Based on my recent experience of Beacon Cleaners, they are of the second type: I brought in a shirt with a chain lubricant that had run down my sleeve while working on a in my shop. I couldn't get the lubricant out with any of the detergent or goo chemistry I tried . . . so I took it to Beacon. They got the goop out of the shirtsleeve AND took care of a stain on the back of the shirt that I hadn't even noticed that was of a different nature from the issue I went there to resolve and apparently required very different and repeated treatment, for which they did not charge me.
Most significantly . . . they treated me in a good mood that had
me leave very glad that I had taken my challenging job to a more-than-competent cleaner.”

“I know everyone has their own difference and experiences with this place: but I went and did laundry tonight and I only spent $15 on 3 loads. While we were waiting on our clothes to dry a tweaker walked in and hid in the corner and started smoking fetynal. I found the owner and he was trying to get other tweakers to leave outside as well, he was super sweet and immediately opened the door to air it out, and watched cameras to see who did it. He kept apologizing; I will keep coming back here. The price is decent, and we were done in an hour; and the owner seemed to care greatly about his business!”
