My entire experience with them from start to finish was so effortless. I was so impressed with the young lady that assisted me (whos name I still did not get).If you have ever accidentally washed and dried a load of clothes with a paint stick used on tires you may be able to match my level of panic.They were so quick and had the right chemicals on hand to remove the "permanent" product. I will never go anywhere else for specialty wash items. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.”
