I had the pleasure of having Jessica assist me while I was purchasing a microwave. She got the cart for me, researched the product and took me to the register and then loaded the microwave in my car. Customer Service the best. That is why I shop lowes. Thank you Jessica for making my day so easy!!!

This rating is specific to the local store and not the website. Needing some potting soil late in the season and not finding anything to fit the bill elsewhere, I was glad to find that an online search of Lowe's website showed what I needed and for a pretty good price. But then it turned out in-person that the website had mischaracterized it and the only viable alternative left was a high-end product that was almost twice the price. This left me pretty frustrated. It took explaining the situation to multiple people and some patience while the manager did some figuring, but ultimate a reasonable offer was made to make the situation right.

Hands down worst customer service ever experienced. failed to pull an order. Failed to inform me they didn't have enough to fill the order. When they went back in to correct the order they charged my card double the original purchase price. When I noticed they had taken as much money as they had out of my account I called in on me to be hung up on multiple times over the course of 2 hours. When I finally got somebody on the phone to explain to her why I needed to speak to a manager she hung up on me. Lowe's on North division is a much better store. Update just called the number provided in the response from Lowe's and was met with worse customer service from what seems to be a call center called Lowe's off shore branch. Absolute joke of a company. Looks like my business is going to home Depot from here on out

If this experience could get -10 stars I would give it -10. All I wanted was a dryer. Just a dryer. I purchased a $550 dryer, ALL the required attachments, a delivery and a haulaway for a total of $774. Delivery crew arrives, refuses to install it because I didn't have the right attachments. Called store immediately, took me 20 minutes to get a live human..got a service call scheduled for today. Went to the store, purchased more attachments. AND.....the service call crew did not show up today. I call the store and tell them to come and get it TODAY, since there is a 48 hr return policy. They tell me they can't get it until Saturday. I have been told they will honor the full refund policy, but ya know, I'm really afraid they will not come and get it, no one will remember the promise of the full refund, and I will never see that $774 again. I am not someone who has that kind of money to throw away. Wish me luck. Don't ever get involved with Lowes.

I asked an associate named Matt by the lumber area but was very unhelpful with condescending attitude. For now I will go to an extra effort not to shop at the store. Home Depot is less than a minute drive from this store anyways.
