My experience was very positive. I had purchased 2 like items at the same time for cash. Both were the wrong size. I lost the receipt. Customer service was able to refund one of the items, but not the other. The manager was able to resolve the other return. I was very satisfied.

Just gotta say, Bobbie at the Garden center is the best! So helpful and cheerful! Our day waysmade by her helpful an professional. We just bought a Christmas tree! There are many left!. Hope you do something nice for her!

Been going to this Lowe's location for about a year and a half now. I have yet to have a negative experience with anyone there. Everyone so far has been polite and attentive and knowledgeable! It's nice.
