Staff members helping us were courteous, and in one case, determined. When looking for uncommon tools, be patient, they are there, just stashed in unlikely places. Minus one star for testing the fire alarm system during business hours. Hle we were warned ahead of time, it was *loud*. Really loud. Took awhile for the ears to stop ringing.

Be careful when you buy from here. I bought product and tried to return it within 48 hours. Item was not used and had receipt. Manager told me it was his discretion and chose not to return $200 item. Very poor customer service!! Took it to Lowes on Northside and Kurt returned it for me.

I have placed many orders through Lowes and overall have had very good experiences. The pro associates are kind and helpful. I highly recommend working with the pro desk!

ZERO - not even 1 star. Absolutely worst customer service Lowe's I have ever been to. Order was not ready, THREE customer service employees standing around (no customers) ignored me as I stood in front of the register; then said no one was there to pull the morning online order now until 6pm. I said I would pull it myself; TWO power equipment employees also doing nothing but talking and watching me pull my own order and place the heavy lawn-mower in my cart (no help). Then went to ring out and the customer service employee would not ring me out because she could not cancel my online order that was not ready!!!!! This store manager has zero control over the way his employees provide customer service-- their is NONE.

Absolutely appalled at the terrible customer service I received. I will not be going to any Lowes from here on out. I ordered a washer two months ago. They never took my old washer even tho I paid for them to do so. I tried calling multiple times. Each time the phone would ring endlessly. Or even worse, it would ring and they would put me on hold without saying hello or trying to see why I was calling. Don't go here. Or any Lowes.

Don't go into this place unless there are truly no other options. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, let alone someone who actually knows what's going on, and you'd be hard-pressed to get any hint of an accurate schedule of when an order would be delivered. Lowe's, and this location in particular is about as unreliable as it gets. Avoid the headache and go anywhere else

My experience was very positive. I had purchased 2 like items at the same time for cash. Both were the wrong size. I lost the receipt. Customer service was able to refund one of the items, but not the other. The manager was able to resolve the other return. I was very satisfied.

I really like this Lowes. Usually have just what I need. They are nice enough to offer me a veteran's discount and the staff is pretty goodBut today there were no cashiers. Not one. I had to drag my bulky items through the self checkout, prosses my gift cards and figure out how to do the military discount. I did have some help from a Lowe's guy but geez. What a pain.

I recently visited the Lowe's store located on 5204 Sprague Ave in Spokane Valley, WA, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by a super helpful and accommodating employee named Bobbie. Her dedication to customer service was outstanding and I wanted to take a moment to recognize and thank her for all of her hard work. Thanks again for taking care of my Pops!!

Unlike what one is used to, the men in the electrical department went above and beyond to assist and educate. I was surprised and very grateful. The front desk customer service gave super customer service. There was a crazy man walking around the parking lot. Lowe's workers were escorting the customers to their cars for added protection. Awesome folks out there at the Sprague store.

I love Lowe's! Great place for what you need for whatever project you've got ahead of you. Prefer this place over most of the others.(Add on to review)Once again, GREAT service from the employees here. Even though they didn't have what I needed, they recommended that I check another store. I shop Lowe's often as I do a lot of diy home and other projects. I do know my way around. I headed straight for what I needed. An overly eager employee greeted me with "well hello, hello, hellooo! Can we help you out with something?" *Adjusts belt. Made my skin crawl.Today I visited the store for another item, I knew where it was. I barely get 50ft in the door and am greeted with "you look lost, what can I help with?" Nope. Not lost. I just barely got inside the door. I understand that I am a female in Lowe's alone, so to you, I must certainly be lost and obviously need your help right?? I understand that the employees should often ask if someone needs help with anything, however, there is a way to tactfully do that without being condescending or patronizing.Please provide training to your employees on interpersonal skills to avoid degrading them or practically cat calling.Not feeling great about returning to this store.

Just got off the phone with Beth, an appliance department rep. She was great! She helped me place an order on an electric range. Not wanting to rely on the computer showing availability, she personally went to the storage area to verify that the item was in stock and ready for delivery. Beth was able to secure a delivery-install for tomorrow. Thank you Beth!

Do not order something from this Lowe’s that requires delivery (like an appliance). I have had so many issues with them, Lowe’s has now lost me as a customer. The last issue was a refrigerator. They gave a 4 hour window for delivery in the morning. Never came. Called, they said come in the evening. Never came. Got a message it would be the next day. Never came. I had a baby in the hospital, and two kids at home that needed food (hence the need to replace the refrigerator). Having me choose to stay home for the delivery, only for them to lie repeatedly was heart breaking. The biggest issue is that they don’t care. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. In person Customer service thought it was out for delivery, but they didn’t know. They didn’t know how to cancel/ refund the order in this limbo. Two transfers to talk to a manager on the phone - they hung up accidentally, second time it goes to a phone that doesn’t go to voice mail, just rings. Guess what? Days later, after the refund, they came to deliver. They didn’t know the order had been cancelled. This store is clueless on handling deliveries, not the first time I had this experience. Never had this experience with their orange rival or yellow electronics rival. Just this Lowe’s.

I am so pleased with the outstanding customer service that I received from Tristan. We ordered new appliances and my stove top was backordered and Tristan followed up with my order and took the extra step to call me and keep me in the loop. He went above and beyond. The best customer serviceI may have ever had at any store. Good job Tristan!Tristan in appliances
