Went in trying to find an item, asked 3 different people and none of them could be bothered to take the time to help me find it. Instead was sent to 3 different areas. Finally decided to give up and order from Amazon.

Don't, and I HIGHLY HIGHLY STRESS... EVER go through Lowe's for windows and installation. Ours were purchased in August and we're still waiting for the completion. The biggest joke, and run around I've ever seen.

We were in last night and had the pleasure of working with Jack in the window dept. She was very knowledgeable and very happy to help throughout our entire shopping experience and even loaded our cart with the windows. We left the store raving about how that was the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. Jack deserves a raise and promotion!

This lowes is a one off store. But after getting lost a couple times you can find what you need. The contractor parking in the back door is nice! It is covered and allows you to load materials without getting damage due to weather.

The staff in store are as pleasant as can be expected. Twice now, however, I have made large purchases online to be picked up curbside and had their credit department fill my credit card with pre-authorizarion charges, only to have my card declined for being maxed out, and shut off by my bank for suspected fraud. In store employees have no way to fix the issue, but are aware it is a recurring problem. Lowe's corporate needs to fix this mess.

Have much better variety of tools and hardware than home Depot, only thing is delivery is a 99$ charge even if it's just a toilet or 50 sheets of rock still the same price, my only compliant

Not as much products as Home Depot but their management does spout political extremist and traitorous support. If HD gave me a $1000 in store coupon, I would buy as much winter gear for the homeless but not use one dime for my family

I was looking for caster wheels and a 2 foot metal chain. I walked in and asked the woman at the desk if they accepted tap to pay. She looked at me with annoyance and curtly said no. I used the website to locate the isle for the chain, which I easily found, but I had to have it cut. I looked in the nearby isles for an employee to cut it for me because the cutter was labeled for employee use only. I couldn't find anyone there, so I went to the front and asked a young man. He looked confused and told me that he would send someone over to help me. I proceeded back to the chain section and waited for a few minutes. No one came, so I proceeded to cut the chain myself. I then looked for the casters' location on the website and found the isle shown online. Unfortunately, it was wrong, so I proceeded to the front again and asked for assistance at the register. The young woman was unsure and asked a manager who gave me the location. I made my way to that isle. It was incorrect. I found another worker who gave me another location, and I proceeded to that isle. Again, it was the wrong location. I found another guy who seemed to be a supervisor. I followed him to a couple of different isles where we finally found what I was looking for. Thank God! I was releived to get what I needed, but I was also late for work at that point. Sorry Lowes, I won't be back. Home Depot will be my go-to hardware store from now on.

If I was able to put zero stars I would. I don’t normally leave google reviews but the numerous negative experiences I have had with all Spokane Lowes takes the cake. The story could go on and on but to sum it up, I have large purchases in which I have had to cancel due to very poor communication and management, I have had to drive a half hour multiple times in order to get assistance in appliance orders I’ve made in which I also ended up having to cancel because I was given no support. The answer I seem to continuously get is “we don’t know” “ that’s just weird”. No answers. I decided to go to Home Depot for all of my appliances in which were communicated very week and delivered in two days. I am home renovating so these “I don’t know” answers actually push back my timeline in an unacceptable manner. Anytime I walk into lowes and have a question or need some assistance it’s almost like the associates have no clue what is going on or what the store has. I have yet again decided to out my faith into this business and made another large purchase that I needed delivered. It was supposed to be delivered today…. It’s 8PM and no delivery. I called and was hung up on. I called again and the phone was continuously answered and than put on hold over and over than hung up on. When I finally got through to someone they also said “oh I don’t know” it should be delivered today. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold than hung up on. I am yet again in a position to cancel this order to go back to Home Depot. This would be the 7th negative experience I have had with lowes. Someone definitely needs to step in and get control of the company because I can’t be the only person going through this much havoc.

We went in to get tools to start HVAC and Kim was super helpful. She showed us where to find everything we needed and even looked things up to make sure we got the right equipment. Everyone was super friendly and we were able to find most of what we needed!
