Opened a account payed for the phone and the service. One week later broke the phone. Now I'm locked out of my Google account and can not get access to the phone account to use a new device because I can't get a confirmation code on my phone or my email so now they are telling me that there's nothing that they can do and I would have to open another account because they are not able to access my account to allow me to use use my sim in a new phone. So thank you metro you've cost me
Everything from my contacts to my pic of my kids also
$300 phone
$73 service
$50 gas
5 hour drive time
8 days with no phone
And still nothing they can do to help me. Next step drive to the store again

Rep. Ryder on May 29 assisted me with setting up my Gmail on my new phone. He also told me more helpful information. It was a gift. I did not know Metro by T-Mobile and T-Mobile are not the same. I am 68. Ryder was very patient. He could have just told me I was at the wrong location but didn't. I spent over 20 years as a retail manager. You have a terrific employee at the Division location.

I am not the best at technology or how phones work. Angy was very helpful and explained everything in detail to me. She was very patient and answered all my questions. She helped me figure out the best route to what I was looking for. Thank you Angy!!

Successfully got me to move away from metro. Don't lie to customers to try to make money, especially when there are receipts. Honesty pays.

The assistant at the Store was very unhelpful. I was looking to get a new pixel and switch to the flex plan he was so rude and not wanting to help me I left the store

So glad I chose Metro to go through when I needed a new phone about a month ago and glad I picked this location. I couldn't be more happy with it? Also the customer service that I received from Paxston was amazing? Keep up all your guys good work.

I went in with a t-mobile phone not knowing they are different. It was my daughter's and we hadn't done something right when setting up. Best lady ever took 5 minutes it works perfectly. She was the best.
I went into Verizon once because something that was Verizon wasn't working and they wouldn't even touch it. I had to call a number and try to talk to someone.

Tyler was super nice and helpful. We had some issues with a new phone from Best Buy and he was able to fix it and he even waved the activation fee when he had to go back again.

Door and online schedule says it opens at ten. It's currently 11:39 and the store is closed. Is this location going away.
