Umm let's just say that I'm not going to this store again but then I went to a different one and it wasn't much better, maybe just fo everything over the phone or via web

Not one store in town had the phone I wanted. New release. One place had one but the " smart pay" was on the blink so conveniently I would have had to pay full price although I have been thier customer for several years. I don't recommend Metro. No loyalty for loyal customers.

Wasn't very happy I had to get a new phone because mine was a LG and metro is not servicing them. But they got me a new phone as cheap as they could
