I bought A Phone upgrade which was garbage so I had to buy anther and than, they didn't give box 9r charger and so when I called' they ask do I gave receipt Nd' i said That and I bought on card,; the girl hung up... I been with metro 10yrs NOW .. I think it's time to switch back to Cricket... I have had nothing but problems and issues with Metro store on Division across from Rite-aid and next door to mattress store... GO TO ANY STORE, EXCEPT THETE

Heaven forbid, u need to make a payment late, because you CANNOT reach customer service. PERIOD. So, after you CANNOT reach customer service, don't follow google maps to one or several of their locations, because every one I went to was closed PERMANENTLY! it was only AFTER I made a payment that I was able to reach customer service. It was a horrible experience. I was trying to take 2 lines off of my account, but apparently I had to pay for the upcoming month of service before I could reach anyone. I've been a loyal customer for 6 years. I'm deeply disappointed. Most likely gonna change carriers if this is how they think to treat customers..PERIOD!!!

I've had Metro since 2016 and despite some connection issues once in a great while, it has been amazing service with very reasonable prices. I pay $120 a month for 4 lines unlimited talk and text with 15 gigs of hotspot. I can pay online or do Auto pay, they also have an extension if you need a couple days to pay.

5-24-23 I got off work drove too the Wellesley location too pay my bill only too discover that location dose no longer exist they still have not taken it off Google so I drove to the division location 20 mins before they closed an I was greeted by a tall ish slender young man with long black hair he had a horrible adutude rite from the beginning an informed me that he can't help me he has already closed his till for the night but the store was still open for 20 more minutes he seemed to get some kind of thrill or enjoyment from my greif an frustration I don't think he should be closing his till before the store dose because there are customers like me having problems with there bank an have to pay cash an are just getting off work themselves he also said some very unprofessional statements like telling me too be an adult an take care of my bill assuming that I was jobless an telling me too get a job and there's nothing he can do that he's been there all day an just wants to go home here's an idea how about you don't close the till until the time on your guy's website say you close an hire some more professional Representatives

Neftali was awesome. We were just in there and trying to figure out how to get our stuff set up. We're on hold forever with the other company and Neftali was patient and not trying to rush us out of the store even though they were about to close. He knew the answers to all of our questions and was super helpful. Great customer service :)

Not one store in town had the phone I wanted. New release. One place had one but the " smart pay" was on the blink so conveniently I would have had to pay full price although I have been thier customer for several years. I don't recommend Metro. No loyalty for loyal customers.

Been with them 2 years going on 3. Run a self and business phone through them. Terrible service, and customer service as well. Very un-knowledgeable, full of excuses. 2 days into my new billing cycle and phone is brand new. Cuts in and off the metro network every 3 mins causing me so lose clients for my business " phone calls" and un able to finish schooling. Their Supervisors are also very full of repetitive excuses, and lack experience in the field they are working. Have had multiple tickets created and told phone engineer would be in contact within 3 business days. It's been going on 3 weeks. Absolutely would not refer this company. As I have also not been compensated for lost time on my date plan, and no working service.

I went to two different stores yesterday to buy a new phone had a salesman help me pick a phone and quoted right around $360 after tax and activation which I was fine with after my upgrade that I am eligible for then when they went to ring it up i was told that there is some promotion going on and they couldn't put the transaction through their computer unless I wanted to pay full retail price of 700. Couldn't use my upgrade credit. I ended up walking out of the store with no phone and a fully paid up account for another 3 weeks of service that I can't use. Horrible customer service. The phone was marked with an upgrade price in the store. They should have to honor the price on the display period. wasted another 3 hours on the phone trying to get a phone number for someone in charge or the corporate office phone number. So now I am stuck reporting the whole thing to the better business bureau and the telecommunications trade division.
