“The employees at Office Depot were amazing and helped me when I had very important items to be printed for my business in a very short amount of time. I originally ordered online from vista prints but the brochures for my company didn't make it in time. I went to Office Depot at 3:30pm the afternoon before I needed these brochures. Jessie in the printing center re-created my brochures and had them printed and ready to pick up by 4:45pm same day, only about an hour after I placed the order. She was amazing to work with, made it easy, and the brochures looked wonderful. I was so happy and relived, she saved the day. I will always go back to Office Depot for all my business printing needs. The rest of the employees were just as kind and helpful. I really can't express how grateful I am! Thank you Jessie and all the employees at Office Depot, you are the best!”

“Yesterday I went in during the afternoon to check out a couple of particular laptops that I had been researching. No luck, but an associate showed me a Pavilion, which I did not want. She turned me around and showed me another computer and, as she assured me that this computer had many of the features that I wanted from the other computers, including the backlit keyboard, I bought it.Mistake. I opened the box, started the process of getting the computer going . . . and discovered she had pushed another Pavilion on me. I went to the web site and checked and it was a computer I had rejected because it DID NOT have many of the features I had stated that I wanted; no backlit keyboard for one . . . AND it was more expensive!I went back this morning, 8am, and returned the computer. The normal morning crew that I usually deal with was on duty and one man returned it and checked his phone . He found one of the computers I was ACTUALLY looking for at the Division store.2 for the associate who seemed more interested in selling me something and getting me out of her hair.I'll add one back as I should have been paying better attention. I do research for a reason and I know what I want when I come it.5 for the morning associate who fixed the problem and found me one of the computers that I was looking for.We'll average that to a 4.”
