I was greeted immediately after passing to front displays by a customer service rep whereupon she asked if she could help me and I told her for what I was looking. She then escorted me to its location and asked if I had any further questions. I made my selection and went to the front to make my purchase and found one cashier was busy with another customer. A second clerk cashier was busy on a separate computer terminal but upon my approach she immediately left that machine and proceeded to a nearby cash register where I could complete my purchase. Excellent customer service, superior performers.”
“I switched to Royal Business for my business IT requirements over a year ago. Entrusting a company to manage the complexities of a large computer system is a significant decision. I am very hands-on and inquisitive, and they have been extremely receptive and supportive. The previous IT provider, primarily one individual at that company, was very problematic for us and we could not get them to assign us another person as they insisted on retaining him on my account because "he built my server." Furthermore, Despite investing a substantial amount in setting up my computers, server, and new equipment with them (nearly 30K for that part plus monthly fee’s and service fees) we encountered numerous issues on a weekly if not near daily basis. If they couldn't resolve an issue, they suggested purchasing new equipment, which was clearly a cop out and I then had to fix it myself, and did nearly every single time. The times I did “replace issue” the issues did not resolve as the equipment was not the problem. The situation deteriorated to the point where my staff stopped reporting problems due to the frustration it caused and I ended up back to doing everything I hired them to take off my plate but with far less ability to do it because they locked me, the owner, out of numerous basic functions (like changing my display settings). Realizing this wasn't sustainable, I discovered RBS. They have been incredibly helpful since day one. They addressed my initial concerns promptly, were accountable for a few minor misunderstandings early on, and resolved them satisfactorily. Our relationship has flourished since then, and I have complete confidence in them and have for a long time now. The tech team is quick to respond to queries, discuss issues, and provide assistance. They understand the importance of my system's functionality and promptly address any issues, comcast could learn a thing a two on this one lol. Their professionalism and courtesy are commendable, and I am delighted to have found them. Despite my limited computer knowledge, they are always patient and helpful with my numerous questions. Recently, they informed me, tactfully avoiding criticism of the previous IT provider, that the custom-built server couldn't accommodate future growth as promised. The server had an outdated OS version and was unable to update, necessitating its replacement as my PMS system required a critical update. They presented alternatives to avoid replacement costs, but ultimately, we opted for a more robust server, the one I initially believed I had purchased. It was revealed that none of the 26 computers obtained from the previous IT provider could support the upcoming Windows update in October. RBS had already replaced 3-4 computers due to failures. Despite the system being installed in mid-2019, it wasn't configured optimally. The reconfiguration has been costly, but RBS has been exceptionally supportive throughout. They proposed various solutions, and I chose to rectify the situation correctly. I never felt pressured to upgrade unnecessarily; they provided honest recommendations based on necessity. Since engaging their services, I seldom require assistance as they proactively address issues before they escalate. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to work with RBS. When it comes to IT, expertise should be prioritized over cost. Personally, I believe their pricing is fair, especially considering the quality of service they deliver. A big thank you to everyone at RBS, especially Pierce and the tech team, for their continuous support and guidance.”
