“I had an amazing experience with John at Office Depot. I was honestly feeling pretty defeated because I thought I wasn’t going to be able to return an item that didn’t work. I had spent almost $40 on it, and I was really disappointed and worried that I’d be stuck with something I couldn’t use.
John went above and beyond to help me. Even though the computer system was giving him a hard time and making the process difficult, he stayed patient, persistent, and determined to find a solution. “We went into the FedEx store on a Saturday to ship a package that had to be in California by Wednesday. We had missed the last pickup of the day. The guy in the FedEx store showed us how to use the FedEx computer to purchase postage and then assisted us two or three times to get it done. He called the regional delivery place to make sure that they would be able to stay open while we got it there. All of the people were way above and beyond.”
