I didn't read the proposal correctly and when I picked up the A-frame signs, they were not the color I expected. When I contacted Greg and let him know it was my mistake and asked if he could switch the signs, he didn't hesitate to fix my mistake. The new signs were ready the next day. “Store is always very clean and well organized. I like the open concept of the store. It is not crammed with supplies. Isles are always kept clean and organized. Staff is quite helpful and friendly. Cashiers always seem to be quick, friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait in line for checkout. I like that as I am browsing, an associate will always ask me if I need help or if I'm finding everything.”

“Super easy and quick. I was dropping off family at the airport and also had a overnight FedEx package I needed to send. This place was right there at the airport. It was very easy to find and away from all the terminal traffic. I went in out in under a min. Good location to use if you don't want to wait in long lines at other locations and are in the area.”

“I use this UPS store for copying and printing mostly. Patrick and staff are constantly awesome for me! I’ve had no problems with amazon returns, label prints, drop offs, and occasionally buying shipping from them. I have not used the notary or more complicated services.There is a large rush from about 4 to 6 and the line can be out the door- very boom-bust. The staff works through the line diligently but folks get impatient. The UPS location on 29th has been busier for me when I’ve gone there instead.”

“The staff here are always busy, but nice-enough to help when asked. I do wish they would make the rounds once in a while to ask if help is needed. It is awkward to ask for help when they are so busy. The store is very clean and the A/C is certainly welcome during this rare heat wave (112°!!!) Parking is often sufficient, but not always. Machines are in excellent working order.”

“Wow I get nothing but friendly wonderful service here at the 29th store.For those of you who claim you've been yelled at LOL you had to have been rude disrespectful people without a doubt?Oh and by the way they have these nifty little machines so if they make a mistake on the address You have to double and sometimes triple check it before they can proceed so the only way a mistake is made is if you don't double check it yourself. So take responsibility for yourself for once. Update. Extra 5 stars for having to deal with all those ignorant reviews. Remember Mr Smith you have to confirm if the address is correct or not. So if you went back after you said your not going back ?and your item was sent to the wrong address that would mean you had to actually confirm that address was correct and that would make it ALL YOUR Fualt.”

“Cost me $20 to ship a package to Seattle in a single day. USPS. Down the street wanted $53. Workers were super kind and understanding. I will for now on ship all packages from UPS.”
