“The atmosphere was wonderful, and the selection of office supplies was vast, the employees were very Nice especially considering we arrived only half an hour before closing, I bought some cheap mechanical pencils because I only had a small amount of money at the time, but when I next have money I'll be having a wonderful time looking at paper.”
“I'm new to the area and didn't know where to turn when the motherboard died on my daughter's PC. Jay was able to get me everything I needed to get us up and running again. He knew exactly what I needed to make sure all of my components were compatible and prices were way lower than expected. Highly recommend.”
“Never been here before, and I went in with a time and subject sensitive printing request that I wasn't sure they could help me with. I worked with Crystal (sp?) and couldn't have had a better experience! Job was done in 10 minutes and Crystal was incredibly friendly and helpful getting my picture perfect for what I needed. I really appreciate the great customer service and fun chat while I waited. Big thanks to Crystal and Office Depot!”
“Great for when you want to buy from a store, with people. The internet can let you down in some purchases.
Best Buy staff are friendly and knowledgeable.”
“I traded in my old Mac book air for a new one and received great help from both the sales and tech team. Miles and Caleb made the process easy and fast. They were accommodating and professional.”
“I've been going to Recycle Techs (RT) for 10+ years, and they're very helpful! We had a few new PCs built there, and a few servers (re)built, and bought a couple laptops, and older PCs maintained/rebuilt/repaired. In mid-2010s a technician was learning how to build a top-of-the-line PC I requested, and had a minor difficulty, so I (a computer scientist) took a look and determined next step: he let me work on it with him! That's unlikely almost anywhere else, but despite I want to pay/support local businesses, I still like PC building. I sometimes build my own but now always have RT do any new one bare-bones and then rebuild older ones. I consider the owner, Erik (of Nevada_Street/North and Spokane Valley shops) and the North shop technicians to be friends. They can help people save hundreds dollars on computers, which the industry is suggesting people throw away, by maintaining better and using in alternative ways.”
