A huge thank you to the retired Chrysler mechanic at O'Reilly's! My van was running rough, and while a code pointed to one issue, his expert Chrysler advice was invaluable. He immediately suggested Tire-Rama, which turned out to be the perfect referral. His insight and guidance led me to the right solution and ensured my van was fixed quickly and correctly. Compared to the other stores around the area the airway heights store in the last couple of years has really gone downhill in customer service and the products they sell are bad out of the box. The weekend staff are retarded. Lack of training. I have a fleet account and have almost stopped purchasing anything from there.
