Keep giving wrong parts check the part before it goes out the door my whole family is dealing ? with this .stop this know your parts or don't work here

Mediocre at best…the guys are nice enough but seem rather unmotivated to do anything above and beyond standing behind the counter and pointing to different parts of the store

Trying to change wipers should be a simple chore, but it gets tricky, especially with back wipers. I was fortunate Colin was available to pick the right rear window wiper, remove the old one, install the new one, and replace the covering. He did in seconds what I failed to do in an hour.Thank you, O'Reilly's and Colin!
