The staff and maintenance are of very poor quality. There are landlord tenant safety laws that are being ignored, which risk the health of residents and guests. Inside repairs aren't done. The actual apartments are fine, but fairly small. If they were kept up, they would be much more livable. (broken appliances not repaired, lawn never watered, aging and cracking cement on stairways not being addressed, etc.)

Property Manager? excellent! wonderful hard working person. put's her heart and soul into the property and deserves to be treated better.
Maintenance? Poor, very low in quality. Dresses extremely casual, no identifying clothing, hard to even know he is the maintenance. better then the previous one's since he doesn't appear to be carrying a weapon while working.
Upper Management? Useless, worthless almost. Complete mismanagement and treatment of residents and employees. Property Manager and Maintenance make LESS then a cashier at a grocery store. Absolutely horrid. (sourced from job listing) sometimes i wonder if the property owner realizes how horrid the uppers are letting this property get.

Shout-out to our new maintenance man, Dan! We have had a lot of maintenance men, but he is the best so far. We had an emergency water heater issue where our water heater broke due to the high levels of minerals in our water. Dan looked at it as soon as we noticed, and had the whole unit replaced in 4 hours the next day. It only took that long because he had to completely redo the doorway to accommodate the new and much larger water heater. He did a great job and really knows his craft! Thank you, Dan!

Things are finally getting done around here. I feel bad tho cause he's by himself and has an abundance of things to do. Maybe getting him a secondary. Also, can we please have green grass??? Like next door. Maybe some security cameras. The crime rate is sickening.

SHOUTS OUT TO DAN OUR MAINTENANCE MAN ? ? ? I've been having issues with my hot water and finally got a new tank. To our surprise it was too big to fit through the door of the water tank room. He put in the hard work of removing the entire door jam to get it. Thanks guy!! You're super appreciated ? great job ?? ?? ??

The best manager.. I got new floors and brand new carpet upstairs when I moved in and new paint.I love the view I get of Perry district and the trees. Close to great stores and restaurants, close to parks and the library... Love that you don't need coins to do laundry, uses payrange and the machines are newer and clean.

They drinking at 6am and lessening to loud music when no body else at the area they said sorry but they keeping prink people to party from different area to my area when my dad till the manager she doesn't do anything about that and this keep happening at the time

The people here don't respect the neighbors and the manager are races leasing to people from her rice and don't care about others always noise anytime u go to your home
