To plan my driving route I called Progressions at 10:34 and asked if I can get out $1800 cash with shared branching. They said $500 with teller or that amount was fine at the ATM and "asked a supervisor" to verify. At 11:15 I arrived and the ATM only allows $800. When I asked a teller they told me tough luck, can't help you. Called my CU the withdrawal limit was not the issue. This would cost me an hour of extra driving, 30 minutes each way. The tellers were rude and condescending to me. I asked for a manager and was told to sit in the lobby and wait. As I did they commented about me and laughed thinking I couldn't hear them but the lobby echoes their voices quite well. 'I guess he's just going to keep waiting (and not leave) so we better call her'. Pathetic customer service. At 12:00 I got my cash.

I'd never use them or recommend them again. Unprofessional and irresponsible. They have gone so downhill so quickly i CANNOT believe they even have enough members to keep their doors open let alone add another branch.

I had a car loan with Progressions and don't live in Spokane. Because of their status as a credit union, paying off the loan electronically took months to do. When I finally got to the point where I could select the "Pay off Loan" option on the website (which is terrible by the way) I thought I was done dealing with them. Wrong. Despite the loan being completely paid off, their autopay system still debited my account. Since the loan is paid off, it has now conveniently been completely removed from my account so I don't have any documentation. Did I mention they haven't sent the title to me after two weeks? Their systems are atrocious. Calling as soon as they open to see if their people will be of use. Will return to update.

I am an out of towner doing business with a Spokane local who banks here. The ladies in this office stayed late to help us and were so professional. I couldn't have been happier with the service we received even for me who is not a member. I highly recommend doing business with this credit union based on the experience I had.

My family and I have banked with Progressions Credit Union for over 30 years. I would never consider using any other financial institution. I currently live abroad and have for a number of years. Any time I have questions or problems with my money, I simply pick up the phone, call PCU, and without fail, my problems get resolved and it's always done professionally and with a smile. I am treated with respect and dignity every time.

I have called every day now for multiple days and nobody ever picks up the phone. Left a message and still no call back. It’s unbelievable that I can call multiple days at different hours and never have a phone call picked up

This financial institution was my go to in the past. Recently it has become difficult to get any assistance from staff at this credit union. Even after multiple phone calls and emails there is no response. I probably will not be doing any financial business here in the future. Super disappointing after having such great service for 20+ years prior.

Professional and Great customer service.I just refinanced two cars with progression Credit Union and worked with Kevin. He was very responsible to answer all my emails and texts in a timely manner. He even responded my questions off working hours (via email or text ) on weekend and nights. They offered me the best internet rate that was available in the market.
