I used this pharmacy for about 5 years. I was happy with it until about a year and a half ago. The service for getting my prescriptions became more and more delayed. The thing that really sent me to find another pharmacy was the staffing changes!!! The new staff has been unbelievably rude and incompetent ( especially afteroon/evening shift). I have been treated SO disrespectfully, it is appalling! Counter guy told me my prescription was ready on the phone, upon arriving I discovered it wouldn't be ready until the next day from another associate. The jerk saw me and actually started laughing! I had driven in the dark to get it, which I am not supposed to do because of declining vision. I was furious!! Every time I had the misfortune of him serving me, he was unpleasant, if not rude!
****On the other hand, the actual store clerk ladies at the front register have been absolutely wonderful!! Very friendly, always welcoming, and helpful! I appreciated them every time I came in!****

I went in tonight looking for a specific item, Kim helped direct me to the aisle I needed, and had excellent customer service. That will be the reason I shop here

The customer service and reliability to have prescriptions filled is just awful. I have to follow up repeatedly to ensure that they are moving forward to fill submitted Dr. requests. We also have to dealt with unprofessional pharmacy staff, in particular, Tanya the Terrible. We will be going top a new pharmacy....

I’ve been going to Rite Aid pharmacies my entire life never have had any issues and recently moved up the south Hill. Tried the one up here on regal absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had took days for them to get meds ready when the medicine was already there it just took them days and days to put it in the bottle and put it in a bag for me. I don’t know why when there is four people behind the counter. Nobody in line why they can’t put the pills in the bottle. I’ve never had to wait days and days and days for a prescription before I will 100,000% never step foot into a Rite Aid again.

I guess all Rite Aids are fantastic. Because. Employees at this store are fantastic and have excellent customer service. Sometimes the other rite aide doesn't have enough of my medication and this store picks it right up. Excellent service!!

Have been coming here for many years, used to love it and now it's beyond Redicoulous how long it takes just to fill a prescription with refills on it! 4 days! I'm transferring all of my prescriptions elsewhere.

I feel like maybe I need to start calling every month that I pick up my prescription to complain about Tonya. There are times I have just left when I see her already knowing that I can’t take her horrible attitude. I have never been more disgusted in someone’s hospitality. She surely knows how to ruin a day!

This pharmacy has shorted me on my prescription 2 months in a row now! I called and they don’t seem to care and say nothing can be done. If you’re going to fill here, I would highly recommend you sit at the counter and count them!

The moment you enter, you are greeted by Kim Allen, who is always, sweet, warm and friendly. Then as I'm walking in I see Joe the manager who greets me with such genuine care and asks if I need any help finding anything. I then head to the pharmacy to get my prescription and Nancy, Jaclyn, Emmy and Justin are always so endearing, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The other pharmacy associates Tonya, Haley and Audrey are always so pleasant and attentive. I got my Flu, Covid and Pneumonia shots at Rite Aid which is so convenient. I love Rite Aid because their caring staff always goes above and beyond to help me and my family with all our needs and they make us feel so valued as a customer.

I've tried giving this place a chance before my 1 star review but they keep messing things up. The latest excuse why I had to wait two days for an order that was put in at 12pm was "we just didn't get to it". Nice one Rite Aid.
