The moment you enter the store you are greeted with the most pleasant, friendly, and attentive cashiers. Kim Allen is always so warm, kind, caring and she makes you feel welcome and valued. I love this Rite Aid store because of their excellent customer service given each time.

I had a terrible experience trying to pick up a prescription that should have been ready. When I got there they said it would be 20 minutes because they needed to count the medicine. It took an hour to count 20 pills apparently.

Employee Ethan did not wear a mask in the store, when asked, he said he was walking out of the store so he didnt have to. Im glad Covid doesnt spread when walking out of the store.... I didnt know that.
