The store is like the rest for the most, but I am giving this one five stars because of the deli. They are friendly, helpful, and most of all, great at what they do. Slices are perfect(just as you ask or they suggest) for sandwiches. I have purchased deli-cut meat all over Spokane, and these guys are at the top.

I'm at sarway almost everyday,got grandkids,so if it's not diapers,it's milk juicean snacks and they always always have everything we need,even my favorite ice cream.

I stopped in to pick up the 5 for 2 deal on Coca Cola products and a few other items. I couldn't get the scan to work for one of the digital coupon items. When I checked out I told the checker I was struggling with the digital coupon. She proceeded to scan the coke products and I told her they were 5 for 2. She told me no worries, it will take it off at the end. Well, I didn't realize that it didn't until I was home. 40 + minutes away. So I called the store. The girl that answered told me "maybe" a store closer to me could give me a refund. I said "maybe?". I asked if she could refund over the phone and she said she wasn't allowed to do that and proceeded to tell me she would be fired. Her attitude was an I don't really care that you made us aware that you expected to receive a sale price and we screwed it up. I apparently was a bother to her which, yep, made me mad. What is so stinking hard about helping a customer? So apparently I have to drive 20 minutes north to find out that my local Safeway can't refund me or drive 40+minutes south to get the refund. I have very little faith that this chick will forward my message to a manager.

Apparently despite being open to the public later they close their restrooms at 7pm. Thank you for embarrassing my 4 year old child and making her pee her pants in public because you monsters can’t let her in! Absolutely disgusting

We genuinely love this Safeway store. They have the best staff, always eager to help customers with any questions. Everything about this location invites us to come back and shop again and again. Meat, produce, floral, and grocery departments are consistently well stocked with quality goods. Customer service personnel are friendly and service oriented. Management is always available to help in any way. Their employees feel like family after countless years of shopping at this location. The Safeway store at 902 W. Francis in Spokane, WA is simply the best !!!

Apparently you have to call and have empty boxes reserved even the 3 small empty ones in the cart. And the 2. Boys in the front area did not even acknowledge me they were wrapped up in conversation with each other to even pretend to act professional. Francis and Monroe at 12 am on Feb 2 ,2024

I always love this safeway in spokane. They are the one with the best up to date full stock. I got my first pickup order for $40 for all of this because of a coupon save30 at checkout as well as the initial percentage off your first order through the app. Ricky Bobby brought out my order and was amazing, polite and super helpful!!!!
