In the process of filing a claim with them regarding someone who hit my car. The agent who called was very short with me, didn't really ask much information and then abruptly hung up on me. Literally so rude for no reason.

Worst Company to work with one of there customers backed into my Classic Show car and they said the damage was only worth 2800 when the body shop said 11,800 they are a huge head ache to work with never return your calls if i could give a negative ratting i would

Had to use Roadside Assistance today and was told the wait was 50-80 minutes. Francisco made it in 6 minutes and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes and I was all set. Kudos to Francisco I hope that he will get this feedback.
