“Tammy assisted me today with a truck and car trailer rental. She took the time to walk me through the lot to see all the truck sizes and the pods. Tammy never rushed me and answered questions promptly and efficiently. She wanted to be sure I reserved the correct equipment for my move. The store was busy, and Tammy was able to multi-task herself and direct her staff for optimal customer service in a very efficient and friendly manner. Tammy provided excellent customer service. “Ok I went here a few months ago and was going to leave a review but forgot. Now that I randomly remembered I'm sticking to it. I had originally had my drop-off location changed last min due to the other location being to full so I was directed here. The guy who helped us was courteous, helpful, and fast. We just pulled up and I started doing the checkout on the app. He beat me too it, and gave us a small break on our gas fill up. So I don't know about the rest of the place but I know he was a great employee and if I can remember his name I'll edit and post that too.”
“I used to rent a uhaul trailer average 40 times a year... and I've learned which uhaul around spokane are the best. This being closest to my house, even though they are new, I thought I'd give them a try. The check in process was a piece of cake, very fast, and within minutes off I went. “This hotel was clean, rooms were awesome. The staff was very helpful and nice. There were a lot of sports going on this weekend and a lot of people staying here due to a lot of players are from out of town. Great breakfast lots to choose from. I'm so glad I chose to stay here.”

“04/23/11, Saturday ..... drove from TRI CITIES, WA to SPOKANE, WA .... to help move our oldest son (Nick) .... Nick lives near South Hill Area of Spokane ... and the 2nd Avenue location in the "City Center" was about a mile away. We reserved a 17 footer moving van "on-line" .... when we arrived - the "rig" was there and ready to go .... we got in-and-out without any issues.”
“I rented a 10 ft U-Haul truck on March 30th 2024 and we hired a couple of the U-Haul movers to help us that day. I have never used movers from U-Haul before but I was incredibly impressed.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a team of movers, the young man's name was Eli and his partner in life was his coworker, but I cannot remember her name! A beautiful couple.❤️ So hard-working. Don't let her small size fool you, she is strong and tough!!They went above and beyond. My furniture has never been better taken care of. They far exceeded my expectations!!! Not a single dent or chip in ANY of my furniture and they helped out with anything I asked them to help me with.I just cannot say enough good things about them. They even stayed a little later than we had reserved them for because we ran into some hiccups! What a wonderful couple. “My family met there for dinner. It was my first time at Shogun. We sat in a private booth. It was nice, quiet (er) and clean. We ordered sushi all around. The sushi my husband ordered was deep fried, underdone and very greasy. It looked like it. I ordered the yakasoba, which was good but the Nigiri was not a good cut at all. It was stringy and very hard to chew. Service was okay. They were rushing and not one server made eye contact, which felt odd. I'm thinking it may be a better place for lunch when it's not so busy?”
