After riding my bike on the centennial trail i saw a thrift store that was new to me, i was enthusiastic and ready to sift through the old treasures until i realized i was ill prepared for a stop. I left my lock at home! No problem, power tools will have one i can purchase . The lady at the counter was welcoming with smiles, buut she handed me off to some one that destroyed my mood i was setting for thrifting. If it wasn't for my 3rd bike being stolen would of quickly bypassed that store I mean I was asking questions, but he quickly shut me down and seemed as if my questions were alien or irrelevant as much haTRed he radiaTed he sure did watch my every move , when i was finished he pointed to the cashier and said you can pay here....??mind you same lady that asked him to help me 5 -10 ft. Away. I despise people who make you feel uncomfortable spending money with them. NEVER AGAIN!¡!!

I purchased 2 Scag mowers from Spokane Power Tool & Equipment - for machine quality and the fact that they serviced their products. Well I was told today (04/18/24) that they will no longer service Scag mowers. What a shame.

Can't be beat. Absolutely the best source for tools and knowledgeable staff.

Hands down, this is the place in Spokane with the highest quality equipment, the most knowledgeable staff, and reliable service every time. I have been going here for years to get my Honda products serviced. I also love shopping for obscure woodworking tools, bits, and blades. If you are a creative type and want better than what HD and Lowes can offer, check them out.

We had taken two different generators in for repair and found this business to be very honest. The price was reasonable especially considering the services rendered and we will be planning to come back again. I definitely recommend them!

They have the adapters you need for your dust collector/shop vacuum. ?Unlike all the other “hardware” stores in Spokane. ? I just wish their inventory was online so it’d come up in search so I coulda saved some time. Only know about them because of word of mouth.

I go here for my quality tool and equipment. Doesn't hurt that the staff is also extremely helpful.

We bought our snowblower there 15 years ago and they have really stood behind it. Tuneups are reasonable and thorough and you don't have to wait a month to get your machine back. Locally owned businesses are the way to go.

On two separate occasions I have sent clients to this location attempting to get items that I know are sold at this location. Both customers came back to me telling me that the employee to which they spoke told them that they do not sell the items that I saw there two days prior and that they should just go to Lowe's or home Depot. I myself went in there to buy a bandsaw blade, and the pain being questioned what brand my saw was was instantly told I needed to go somewhere else to buy a blade that nothing they carried would work for me unwilling to hear any of the modifications that I had made to the brand to make it work properly for the task. The employees seem more interested in closing time than they do in helping any customers do yourself a favor go straight to Lowe's or home Depot these people do not want to help you!
