The manager approached me in the public right if way in front of their business and was completely rude and unprofessional, threatening to steal a $95 legally placed business sign. He became verbally abusive, causing us to leave and file a police report for harassment

The employees are GREAT, but it is the busiest Uhaul around being in the middle of downtown so the wait is long and it is dirty. Convenient, but there are lots of others to choose from.
