While they did not have the hair styling product I was looking for, Erin offered to call when it arrived and would ship for free or I could pick it up. I was very happy with the assistance and service I received.

I love Ulta ... the people who work on the floor, helping customers out, are wonderful. They usually have what I want to buy but I think supply chains may affect some products. You can always call ahead to ask or you can buy at Ulta.com

This is the first time I went to Ulta. They have everything you would need for high end skin and beauty as well as the best selection perfumes and colognes. It is going to be one of my new favorite places in Spokane.
