Don’t like this location. Here, customer service takes forever…so only plan on coming if you have all the time of day to wait around. The cherry on top is this rude chick that works here— She’ll do that bratty thing with her eyes when you ask any simple question. Not sure what her deal is or if she’s just having a bad day, or if it’s a medical condition idk lol but sheesh. Maybe find another job if you hate people that much? This isn’t the first time either unfortunately….Every time I come here I have a weird experience. Hence the one star. Hopefully other people have a different experience than me.

I went in to return a foundation that didn’t work for me. Noah was SO helpful and took the time to help me pick one that suited my needs. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick new products that I LOVE!

I just got my eyebrows done by Heidi for my brother’s wedding. I specifically asked for my brows to just get cleaned up and that I did not want thin brows. I just left and the front of my eyebrow is completely gone and they are paper thin. Not going back to her.

Every time i am in here, everyone is so helpful and nice. I really enjoy perusing the store and seeing what i can find. I did have a small list and found everything i needed with the help of the staff. It was also my birthday month, and i always appreciate the birthday gift.

I came in looking for a foundation and McKenna went above and beyond for me!! I finally found a shade that's actually true to my color! She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me such good tips, she truly made me feel great! The customer service was very refreshing since good service doesn't happen often anymore! She deserves some recognition for going above and beyond!

I went to Ulta under the impression that they would do a hair and makeup makeover. What i got was very disappointing. My hair dresser was Destiny. I asked what hair cut would look great on me and she said anything would. I really wanted help and I did not get it. My makeover never happened because they said it was not scheduled. But it really was. I asked for blond hair with light red highlights. I didn't end up with that. My hair is now a dark red. I was billed 282.00, and ended up with Auburn hair, with very few blond highlights. I bought some makeup(foundation and cover up that cost almost 100.00. There was no price sticker on the makeup, I was very surprised at the cost. I will never go back there again, because of the prices ( that were not posted) and the help I expected, but did not get. If you go there for services please make sure you ask what the cost is and don't expect a professional make over, even if that is what you book for

Scheduled a 30 minute makeup lesson with Destyne- she was wonderful. Personable and knowledgeable. She met me where I am in terms of makeup skills and needs. Also, Destyne- you were right, it looks so good outside! Thanks for all of your help today!

TAYLOR!! She is absolutely amazing. I have been getting my hair done by her only for 6 years now! Every single experience with her has been amazing. It’s worth the price plus tip!!! They all work hard and are so nice and caring to their clients❤️

My girl suffers from anxiety, but Destyne was marvelous, great communication with her, and did a wonderful job with her. I will be bringing my daughter here next.
