I have been going to this bank for a year. When I walked in last year, they immediately acknowledged my entry and greeted me with a smile. Hope took me under her wing and helped me figure what I needed account-wise and was very personable. I actually had fun talking with her while getting set up! Later in the year, I was going through a pretty rough patch in life, she was optimistic, supportive and shared some of her own wisdom from her own similar experiences. You can tell she cares about the people around her. The rest of the team also has fun personalities while being professional and just want to help. It’s a great team!

Nice staff good bank. I do wish they had better interest rate options but then again that’s what a money market is for.

I have banked at this branch for over 30 years and have always had excellent customer service. Today was no exception. Hope did a thorough and speedy job retrieving the documents I needed while helping other customers. She called me right back all while keeping a smile in her voice. Thank you Hope!

I have banked with Umpqua in Gig Harbor since 2013 and although there money market rates are not good didn't have much problem until I moved to Spokane and started using this branch on south hill. They will not take any check that is made out to you and your spouse. Even if you and your spouse are both there at the bank with valid Real IDs that require a birth certificate to get and you both sign the check in front of the bank teller. The branch manager was also unwilling to help. So my wife and I took our US treasury check to deposit at Washington trust bank and had no problems. I suggest you do your banking somewhere else.

excellent customer service every single time unbelievable in fact. i am a disabled old woman stuck in a snowstorm, unable to get to the bank to change some documents concerning my estate. changing beneficiaries. john, and his manager decided that they would come and get me and take me to the bank. yes. unbelievable . umpqua.
