I just had a wonderful experience with this UPS store. I accidentally dropped off a box with two Amazon returns in one box, but I only had them scan one QR code instead of two. They actually answered the phone! So that meant I didn't need to go back in to sort out the situation in person and was able to fix it all over the phone. I love when businesses still care about customer service. It's so rare! Thank you UPS store!

Old review...The closest UPS is only about ten miles on the South Hill store in Spokane, Washington. We use this regularly for Amazon. They do change their hours here and there. It was 4 pm on the weekend. Then I went to drop boxes and they wrote in 3 pm. Consistency is key for great customer service.

i’m not one to make a bad review because i’ve worked in customer service and understand how it can be. But today i was so upset. I went in to make a return and i was confused because i have never done it before. So i stood in line patiently minding my business until i was called up as they weren’t busy but did have a few customers. There was only two people in line me and some other gal and one of your workers continued to yell at us about using a Kiosk and all this and that. Continuously.. I think i heard it maybe 6 times in the span of 10 minutes. Like i understand it being said once but the amount of times it was said i was about to walk back out the door. Especially since the same two customers were in line not one extra person stood in line, so it was obviously directed towards me and this lady. If i wanted to use the kiosk i would’ve don’t push it on me. I have not once been in this store and to be honest im not sure if i will be back with how rude she was i can’t even imagine others.
The gentleman who helped me was amazing and this review is not reflecting him.

I use this post office regularly. I have always been treated as a VIP client, although I am an ordinary customer. VERY nice people, especially Shellz (she has an amazing memory and a kind heart!)! I always use their services with pleasure! I definitely recommend this office!

One worker went to my car and retrieved the 40lb box I was sending to my son.
Just whipped that sucker right up on his shoulder. The girl helping me was very nice. Big smile.. can’t go wrong there!!
