Wow! I just had the WORST customer service! This UPS store employee (manager, ha!) made a mistake and then tried to make it my problem! And when I said something they made a scene in front of the whole store, trying to make it seam like it was me! So uncalled for!

Shipped a package, packaged was lost. Wasn’t properly informed of package insurance nor was I asked the value of the package. I was also not show the document I was signing. I’m now out of $1900 due to their refusal to accept their failure to me, do not go to this store and do not use UPS.
