UPS gave out my shipping info to someone other then me violating my Washington State Data Privacy for a credit card being shipped to my home under my name. Don't go with UPS as a business or consumer unless you want your data breached and possibly have you packages end up with other people due to UPS negligence.

Went here to send back an Amazon order, told the gentleman working that I only received one return slip then the rest were under QR codes (sent by Amazon) and then he assumed it was all under that one singular return label. He then told me I *have* to buy a box so I did. Went back to explain that to someone else about the QR codes because Amazon only said 1 out of 3 items got returned. Then I didn’t even get a refund on the box even though everything was in their original and unopened shipping boxes.
I would not recommend this place.

I have used this store in the past with no problem. However I took 2 pkgs to be returned to Amazon same day, same time, both were scanned, and I saw the gentleman put the label in the bag. I had original packaging when I returned too. One package was returned, and I received my refund. The other package was not returned. When I called 2 days later to the store they informed me that it takes a few days to get everything scanned, and sent back. I could understand if they were busy that day, but I was the only one in there, and they're a small store, but I gave it another few days. So I call back 6 days later, because package still hasn't been scanned and sent out. Total BS!!! I was then told I need to file a claim with Amazon. It was a very nice quality sweatshirt, and I feel someone just decided to keep it. I have NEVER had an issue in returning things to Amazon. ALWAYS make sure you get a receipt because they don't automatically give you one, they ask if you want one.

Each time I’ve gone to a UPS store I’ve had fantastic service! I’ve been to many different stores around town and my experience is consistently great! If I’m ready with my QR code for a return, or if I need help obtaining the code, the employees are always kind, helpful and patient.
