Closed early while I was unloading my van to get packages ready to ship. Employees still in the building could clearly see me and what was happening. When I got to the door the employee continued to tell me they were closed through the glass. UPS is the absolute worst.

Closed an hour and a half early for an apparent “power outage” even tho I can look inside and see tvs on and the lights on too. Thanks for costing me two hours of travel time and bus fare only to not be able to ship a package. Absolute joke.

I use this UPS store for copying and printing mostly. Patrick and staff are constantly awesome for me! I’ve had no problems with amazon returns, label prints, drop offs, and occasionally buying shipping from them. I have not used the notary or more complicated services.There is a large rush from about 4 to 6 and the line can be out the door- very boom-bust. The staff works through the line diligently but folks get impatient. The UPS location on 29th has been busier for me when I’ve gone there instead.

Had an a great experience with Logan at this location. He was nice, respectful of my items to ship, recognized that they were high value and made me feel like my items would arrive safe and in good time. You Rock Logan \,,/

Shipping labels are so expensive for no reason. Was charged $46 for a jacket label in country.

I had 5 packages arrive on the 13th of Feb. They wouldn't let us pickup the package. On the 14th of Feb, they closed and locked their doors during business hours because they said they had too many packages. The 15th I have a stroke. The 18th I am out of the hospital and on the 5th business day my packages were all sent back. I technically only had 3 days I was allowed to get those packages and I was in the hospital the whole time. I can't even say this is the first time they've done this.

The last two times I've been here, they didn't offer the services clearly stated on the website. The cutoff for mailing packages is significantly earlier than stated and about twice the price as USPS. There are no passport photos offered here. It's just a one stop shop - you can return amazon items here.

They Lost my package. I spent $170 to ship it from this location and it never arrived. The item was very expensive and luckily I insured it. However, They charged me $52.17 for the box which is insane but I needed it shipped that day as I was leaving town and couldn’t bring the item. When I finally received the check (three months later) to reimburse me for “losing” my item, they didn’t give me the $52.17. Apparently it is their policy that they won’t reimburse the packing cost. UPS lost the whole thing?! I paid for a product and service that I never received and I am incredibly disappointed in this company and the way they handled this situation. Better business bureau here I come! ?

Patrick at this UPS is AWESOME. Friendly, professional, competent, and helpful. In a time when it can be difficult to find good customer service, I truly appreciated his help and kindness. If he’s not management, he should be. Give this guy a raise!
