Was given incorrect information regarding my ability to send a wire transfer (said cut off was noon but it is actually 2pm) and it impacted my ability to close on our house that day. Team member had little empathy to the circumstance.

So rude. Made me question the decision to continue banking with US Bank. Branch manager created and/or maintains the environment of such a horrible experience. If you do not have to go to the branch...save yourself a ton of heart ache!
