This bank is very professional and friendly. I miss the old way it was set up. I do like everyone that works there, very helpful.

Was given incorrect information regarding my ability to send a wire transfer (said cut off was noon but it is actually 2pm) and it impacted my ability to close on our house that day. Team member had little empathy to the circumstance.
