Went on my lunch break to mail a box. I have gone to this PO multiple times. I had my own box and label as usual. I needed a strip of tape just to seal the box and usually they will do that for me. (Usually, not always) but just one strip so I asked because I didn’t bring tape with me because I was on my break. The lady was pretty rude and told me I had to buy tape and told me they NEVER did that and I must be mistaken. (I’m not) so anyway I bought tape, but she also made me get in line all over again instead of waiting 10 seconds for me to grab tape and tape it shut from right on the wall there, which had gotten long, so now I’m late for work. Also at the same time the passport lady was talking extremely rude to a foreign woman who didn’t understand how to use the kiosk to make an appointment for a passport in front of everyone and customers were talking about how they were shocked by how rude she was.And to top all off!The lady who was weird about the tape was asking customer if they were lying about the contents of their packages.Instead of saying something like “You are Susceptible to fines if your packages contain prohibited items.”

Shadle post office is the worst postal delivery service in this city. Many of their delivery workers need attitude adjustment and need to be retrained in deliverying packages respectfully. They work for the government, so that says it all. I don't know who does the hiring down at Shadle, but they need to clean out that office and restock it with employees that should do the job they are paid for and work for their customers instead of thinking they can play games with our mail. We have had the worst postal workers ever making our deliveries and it sucks. Never have I ever had a problem with a postal worker playing games with my deliveries like I have with Shadle Postal Office.

Went to get my first passport. It was very easy and streamlined. You do need an appointment for the passport. They also do the passport pictures for $15.

Review for phone service. Hate it! I have had to call twice now for simple questions that could be answered very quickly by an employee but your phone service makes me go through a bunch of prompts that aren’t even relevant.

Delivered my mail to the wrong house. Have had multiple places ask me for a change of address when I haven’t moved because you misdelivered mail.

Sent out mail 10 days ago and it still hasn't reached the recipient in Utah. This is not the first time this has happened to me.

Kay was very informative and caring, very precise with her job and knows her information very well. She went out of her way to make sure we knew what we were getting into and making the right choice.

The passport services are horrible. Made my other half reschedule because he didn't bring his original birth certificate, which would be understandable except I could have brought it to him before his appointment even started since he was there early but they refused. So the passport person gets paid to do nothing for the hour and a half instead of keeping the appointment. Waste of taxpayer dollars.

This office is overworked and under-appreciated. They have had the worst year ever historically due to increased package orders and a major staffing crisis. Many of them work 7 days a week 14+hours a day. I have seen them work in blizzard conditions- rain shine snow, they are doing the best they can. I really appreciate my mail carrier and the whole office. It’s not an easy job and so many people have become so nasty and entitled. I have heard people threatening the office staff. People need to stop crying over first world problems and modern day convenience. Get off your butt and go to the store if you need something so badly. Thank your mail carrier and be nice.

My family hasn’t gotten our mail delivered or picked up in a week. Not even the letters that are shown on the 2 informed delivery emails I got last Monday and again Saturday. None of that actually came and there’s still an outgoing envelope on our mailbox. Where’s our mail? It’s full of Christmas cards and bills… kinda need those. And why didn’t I get the daily informed delivery email on Tuesday, Wed, Thursday, or Friday? We don’t have a dog, and we’ve been home all week. The Garland post office won’t answer their phone either. Is it the apocalypse already?

Currently fighting the manager to get my packages delivered for Christmas. They’re now just saying that they’re delivering packages and not even attempting it. Absolutely garbage employees. Go to UPS or FedEx. Do NOT trust USPS!

I moved here from Seattle in April. They have not given me my mail. They have all sorts of excuses but how can I get my insurance stuff. I tried everything and nothing has worked. I'm 72 and this is causing much stress.
