Easy going experience and rep was very helpful without making me the customer feel judged while explaining what I was to expect. Can also appreciate their hours and conveniency.

I accidentally put five bills in the big blue box but the checks were written wrong so I needed all of them back. The lady working at the Garland post office named Maria had to dig through dozens and dozens of pieces of mail maybe 100s and find the ones for me but she did it. Kim was fantastic! She really made the passport process less stressful. As a walk in, she got us in quickly and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. The website was wrong, we couldn't get it to process an appointment and walk ins are only Tues-Fri 10-11 a.m.
