Currently fighting the manager to get my packages delivered for Christmas. They’re now just saying that they’re delivering packages and not even attempting it. Absolutely garbage employees. Go to UPS or FedEx. Do NOT trust USPS!

I moved here from Seattle in April. They have not given me my mail. They have all sorts of excuses but how can I get my insurance stuff. I tried everything and nothing has worked. I'm 72 and this is causing much stress.

Recieved my package completly damged from amazon with christmas presents in it, i understand your short staff but becoming careless doesn’t fix that. ??
