Easy going experience and rep was very helpful without making me the customer feel judged while explaining what I was to expect. Can also appreciate their hours and conveniency.

I accidentally put five bills in the big blue box but the checks were written wrong so I needed all of them back. The lady working at the Garland post office named Maria had to dig through dozens and dozens of pieces of mail maybe 100s and find the ones for me but she did it. Oh and by the way this was on Christmas Eve....
