Had an order of live animals, shipment had a delay. Was able to track them here (on a Saturday) they took them up front gave them water and kept them warm. Were very friendly and helpful. Thank you both!

So helpful! I ordered baby chicks to be delivered by priority mail. When the box arrived at this distribution hub, I called and asked if I could pick them up rather than wait for them to get to my local carrier office. They were very glad to oblige and it was easy to come get my little chicks. Thank you!
