Very friendly and helpful! My phone was broken and not getting service at all so I came into the store and got a new phone because the antenna was damaged which i would have never known. It was a quick and easy process for me plus the guy who helped me was talkative and pretty cute lol but I didnt feel pressured to buy or anything like I would normally expect to.

Okay, I know this will do nothing, but I’m just frustrated. When I got a new phone, the Verizon store put the screen protectors on for me. They put the front and the camera protectors on and that was very nice of them. When my fiancé got a new phone a few months ago, they put the screen protectors on for him, but they did not put on the camera protector. So his screen shattered. So we called the Verizon number, and I swear to god, I could not understand a word this Indian guy, whose name was “Derek”, was saying. I’m literally asking him to repeat himself after every sentence. He’s asking me to repeat myself. It goes nowhere. I am so sick of companies basing their call centers in countries where English is not a common language. Communication is almost impossible. It’s actually a pretty good strategy - think about how many problems they don’t have to deal with simply because the people with the problems don’t want to have to deal with their call center. Boo Verizon. Boo.

Avoid this store at all cost. Phil completely messed up a trade in resulting in a bill of $500 + despite trading in my phone in time. Instead of contacting us to say that they needed my Apple ID for this phone, Phil just let the phone sit for 2+ weeks in the back of their store. We have now had to make 3 different trips into Verizon to alleviate this problem. Skip the headache and go somewhere else.

Garett scammed me out of $120 dollars. Told me he would save on my bill but I got charged a ton. Verizon can’t do anything about it.

This Verizon store is operated like a used car lot. The employees would not let me opt out of add-on plans and I had to go online and cancel several add-in’s I normally can opt out of at the time of purchase. The sales techniques are old-school and condescending. I also missed my trade in window because they did not include it when I came to pick up my phone despite having discussed it at the time of purchase. The people working here pretend certain areas are not options, presumably for commission.
