Roberto was great. Knowledgeable and helpful and very personable as well. I enjoyed my experience which isn't how I would usually describe e my e perceive upgrading a phone.

My iPhone wasn’t working from a pending order and the esim was acting up. Damon fought tooth and nail on the phone for me. He helped me tremendously, and he’s goated with the sauce.
