Giving one star because the attendant, Ashley, was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I had been in the day before with Grant who was an angel. He knew I was going to be back the next day so he left a note with his number telling the attendant to call him so he could help fix my problem over the phone. After seeing the note, Ashely refused to call him because he was “probably still in bed.” She then told me the plan holder needed to be there in person, and when I told her my phone was deactivated and I couldn’t use it to get ahold of anyone, she just shrugged. She easily could’ve used any phone in the store to call the plan holder. I again told her that my damn phone was dead, she told me to get of her store for using “foul” language. She didn’t even try to help me and it was obvious she didn’t want to be there. As I was leaving the store she shouted that I should come back when Grant was working.

They didn't want to help me with a Sim card for my new phone nor did he want to help me transfer my number to my new phone he told me to go to Walmart to buy a Verizon Sim card from Walmart and Prepaid minutes for my new Samsung Galaxy A50.

Never had to wait in line, staff was friendly and very helpful, had to wait 3-5 business days for my new phone to come in but got a call the next day!

The salesmen work for commission. They will flat out lie to you so they can sell you overpriced, chargers, screen protectors, etc… the monthly plans are extremely overpriced and you can find similar plans at Xfinity for half the price. Do not fall for their scams

I upgraded my wife’s phone to an iPhone 15 Pro, and while I was there the gentleman behind the counter sold us on getting e sims on both of our phones, telling us that the e sim could be added at no additional cost. Imagine my shock when my bill jumped up $200 for activation of the lines, and would have cost an additional $90 per month after. I don’t know what kind of money he’s making, but that’s not free to me.

Was actually pretty happy with customer service. Then I looked up my bill today after an upgrade and realized my bill was high. Further investigation showed me two extra lines were added to my name. There was only one person who helped me. Very disappointed. However I will be reinversed for both lines.

I am a 69 yr old woman who was having trouble with my phone. Went to your wellesley store, where Grant helped me. He was patient and wonderful and fixed my phone! Give that awesome young man a raise! Thank you!
