Shawna was able to make my less than ideal situation much better when coming in with a dead phone and i was able upgrade for next to nothing. Very pleased

The sales person acted like I was an inconvenience to her. She wouldn't get off her own phone and help me. I am a Verizon customer and needed help with some things.

I was a bit annoyed at first. Only 2 people working and they were already assisting others. But, when it was my turn I was treated very well by Paige and Shawna both. It turned out to be a fun experience. However, it doesn't take away the fact that 1 or 2 more people working would have been nice.
