I was a bit annoyed at first. Only 2 people working and they were already assisting others. But, when it was my turn I was treated very well by Paige and Shawna both. It turned out to be a fun experience. However, it doesn't take away the fact that 1 or 2 more people working would have been nice.

We went in to get my mom a new phone and to put her on my account. They are so wonderful and very helpful, and kind. She answered all of my mom's questions and got us set up and on our way. I will never go anywhere else for my phone needs.

Worthless wasted trip. The representative didn’t seem very Interested in helping - like I was a a bother. Need to spend hours trying to get a real person on the phone. Which is why I will be trying to switch carriers. My Bill increased but am getting less and less customer service or cell service for that matter.

I drove all the way from Medical Lake to buy the phone that was ordered for me in the store. Tell me why Damon would not do his job and find my order! Instead didn't look on his computer and called me **** ***** *****! Really professional. I hope he gets fired. He is lazy and rude.

Had a very smooth experience from the local Verizon store in the Shadle Shopping area. It’s a smaller store, which means less waiting for service and both times I stopped in the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.

A V O I D A T A L L C O S T SMobile service is spotty at best. Hours of dead time where I can't even load a web page. I live in Colbert, WA and have to use a signal booster on our property to get any signal. To make things even worse, trying to do jobs like DoorDash and InstaCart are nearly impossible when I'm getting 2 bars signal in downtown Spokane. On top of that, the unlimited data plans we signed up for were repeatedly overcharged by $20-40 each, monthly (3 phones) resulting in $300+ a month bills for something we signed up to pay $205 per month. We're moving soon and will be using another provider.Original 5 star review when service started: Paige was super patient and helpful with getting my family setup with Verizon service after our move from Alaska to Washington. This location has low traffic and no wait times during the couple hours we were there. 10/10 would phone again ?
