Waited 25 min after being checked in, and the guy walks in to get the red carpet treatment. Employee was rude when I presented my case without an apology or anything. It's the same rude lady every time. I went somewhere else where I got better service. Even though this location is closer to me, I would rather go else where with my hard earned money and will not be back.

I booked an appointment here for my grandmother to upgrade her phone. We arrived on time and had to wait over 30 minutes to be helped despite having an appointment. I wouldn’t have had a problem with the wait if we had just walked in but I thought having an appointment would allow for quicker assistance. This was the only con to our visit. The employee who assisted us, her name was Hannah, was so informative and helpful. Being older, my grandma doesn’t always understand the technological language and what different plans mean. Hannah made sure she got the phone she wanted and worked to get her the best priced plan for her needs. She gave us so much helpful information and was very kind. So despite the longer than anticipated wait, our visit to this Verizon was actually quite pleasant. Thank you Hannah!

I have been with Verizon for almost a decade. Today I went into the store and I talked to Cruz. After my account was charged around 350 dollars more than it should have been. I asked to talk to a superior to fix the bill. Cruz came back with a stack of papers and said he couldn’t help me or could I talk with anyone else. Wouldn’t have been so bad if he didn’t have his pants unzipped I have never felt so discriminated against in my life. Verizon has still let to credit my bill and this is my rent money. Do better as we might be evicted over your discriminatory actions.

There in store customer service is outstanding. Now when you call for help, that is totally different. On a couple of different times I have had to call more than once to get my problems fixed. Or one rep would say one thing and a different rep would say that's not correct. I would recommend the store but not the phone support. It has cost my business time and money.

So this phone company is the most expensive however, the service is better. Once we are able to switch back, we will. Our sin currently has his own flip phone and is able to go in and pay his bill electronically every month. It's an easy to use service, and he can pay ahead when he wants.

If there was an option for a 0 star then I would have done that. I got charged $330 for something that shouldn’t have been charged. I had nothing but issues with the customer service for over two months trying to take it off. They didn’t take it off until I threatened that I was going to cancel my service. I am going to be canceling my service and never going though Verizon again. This has been ridiculous.

We had the most amazing customer service today from Arianna! We came into to add our daughter to our plan. She was amazingly patient as we transferred our phone over to a new phone and added a line with old phone. She deserves 6 stars!
