So this phone company is the most expensive however, the service is better. Once we are able to switch back, we will. Our sin currently has his own flip phone and is able to go in and pay his bill electronically every month. It's an easy to use service, and he can pay ahead when he wants.

If there was an option for a 0 star then I would have done that. I got charged $330 for something that shouldn’t have been charged. I had nothing but issues with the customer service for over two months trying to take it off. They didn’t take it off until I threatened that I was going to cancel my service. I am going to be canceling my service and never going though Verizon again. This has been ridiculous.

We had the most amazing customer service today from Arianna! We came into to add our daughter to our plan. She was amazingly patient as we transferred our phone over to a new phone and added a line with old phone. She deserves 6 stars!

Went in to help my dad simply purchase a new phone. Had to sign in and wait for an associate. After 45 minutes, finally got somebody to simply get the phone. I was steaming by their lack of service by the time I left.

Idk her name but there was a fat woman there that berated and belittled a rep from a different store over the phone after the rep had been with me for over 2 hours trying to help me before she sent me to this location for help. Instead of helping me she was trying to place blame on the other rep and hung up as soon as the rep told her to stop being so aggressive and stop interrupting her. Never ended up fixing my issue. Worst experience I’ve ever had at verizon. This woman clearly needs more training, maybe some therapy.

It was... Interesting to have to use what looked almost like an ATM, to pay my phone bill...LOL But it was surprisingly easier than it looked and the guy working basically did it it's never been so fast actually. I recommend it.

Great prices and service. Went in to find a hotspot to purchase ended up buying two. Tatiana did a wonderful job helping us find what plans were available and items in stock.

They will lie to you and steal your money their website also false advertises 5G phones that are not 5G capable. I called Verizon because I was needing to switch networks I didn't have a lot of money so Prepaid was my only option. The customer service agent lied to me stating the A03 yes what's 5G capable I said OK let's do This. Long story short I got the phone it's only 4G capable and their website even States the AOS 3 is 5G capable. False advertising and lies. And they did not wanna make it right

We received excellent customer service from the moment we walked through the door. In fact, best customer service we have received anywhere in a very long time. Tatiana was knowledgable and helpful. Especially for us non-techie people!!

My wife broke her phone and it was time for a new one anyway so we popped in to the Verizon store on north Division. It wasn't too busy when we arrived and was greeted and told someone would be with us shortly. There was one lady who was already there waiting as well. The next couple walked in and was immediately helped instead of the lady before us..we thought that was rude. Then another gentleman walked in and was also helped right away..the lady before us, still waiting patiently skipped over again..obviously had the same thoughts as us. When the third person walked in and someone came from the back to help them right away was too much to keep quiet. We stated to an employee that they should help people in the order in which they arrived and just got a scowl as a reply. We will not be buying a new phone from them now or ever again in the future.

Traded in my old device for a galaxy 22. Usually a visit here consists of 20-30min wait and 10mins help. Nice younger lady helped me and it was the quickest easiest trip I have ever had there. No extra sugar coating and straight to what I was there for. Loved her.

Only at the store to return my old phone since I have received my new phone. I have been here 45 minutes and still not helped with simply handing over my phone. It is not worth the trade-in amount. Keep your old phone and save yourself the hassle of going to their brick & mortar store or consider changing providers.
