We had the most amazing customer service today from Arianna! We came into to add our daughter to our plan. She was amazingly patient as we transferred our phone over to a new phone and added a line with old phone. She deserves 6 stars!

Went in to help my dad simply purchase a new phone. Had to sign in and wait for an associate. After 45 minutes, finally got somebody to simply get the phone. I was steaming by their lack of service by the time I left.

For once, it was not busy. I was the only customer in the store for the 20 minutes I was there. Cam did a great job in helping me. Thanks, Verizon!
