I went in to ask about turning off my wifi and sending back the box. They redirected me to another Verizon store that had less capabilities than this one the supposedly corporate store. The associate didn't help any further when I tried explaining my situation.

We had such a horrible experience with TMobile the last 4 years, we finally switched and I am so glad we did! We bundled phones and internet (had a terrible plan with XFinity too) and are now saving $100 a month, getting great service, and were helped fairly quickly when we went in a few weeks ago.

So bad. Went to this location yesterday, family of 4- getting younger daughter first phone and onto our plan. That went fairly smoothly, as soon as we agreed for them to auto draw our account for billing each month. We asked twice if the rest of us could upgrade from our iphone 8s to whatever deal that had going that may offer a free upgrade. We had seen an online ad for "trade in your iphone whatever and get newer 13, 14 iphone". We were told, "No. We do not have any deals going on right now. Go home and wait a month or so, and maybe a deal will pop up. Online deals are different, so maybe it is legit and you can do that online." We get home later and see an ad on tv for Verizon, "trade in an old iphone and get free iphone 14, new customers and old." What a waste. Also- they handed us our daughter's new phone, in a box, and sent us on our way. No set-up. Now we are home and we cannot get it to accept our credit card info, so we cannot get it all up and going. Hugely disappointing for birthday girl, and the whole family. And we all know Verizon customer service is unreachable. We went in-store for the ability to work with a Verizon rep and get it done right. They just wanted us out the door. Store was mostly dead, with at least 2-3 other reps hanging out. Anyway, I have been screwed over as a Verizon customer for more years than I care to admit. Yuck. Such bad experiences, time after time, year after year. Yet we stick with them bc we don't want to mess with switching? Because we think it might get better? Because we are fools. Total racket.

Compliments to Hunter at the South Hill Regal store. I had several issues I needed help with. Hunter was knowledgable and patient in helping me. Also want to thank Shawn for all his help as well. Customer service is a big part of any company and thanks to Shawn, Hunter & the folks at Verizon’s 1-800 # I have dealt with in past, I have been pleased with Verizon’s knowledge, patience & customer service skills.

I went in October of 2023. Worked with Ben at the store. He convinced us to switch over to a commercial account. He told us all the great savings we'd get if we didn't that. Including a in store promotion on in home internet. In store promo on that I was told was $19.99 per month. Since Oct I've been charged $99.99 a month per line for the in home. We got 2 lines. I've called every month since then. They keep promising me they will take care of it. Then next month the bill is the same. As ben was switching us over to the commercial account he had to keep calling his manager on the phone to ask how to do it. She was to busy playing wizard of war craft to want to help him. This store is a joke, customer service lines are a joke. I just got off the phone AGAIN with customer service. I've spent probably 20 hours on the phone with them since Oct. They now admitted they have over charged me and owe us $790 dollars because of Ben's and his mangers mess up. They said they can't credit me that much back though. So, the offer me 20% the bill for the next 12 months. That does me no good if and when I cancel my plan. So basically they just stole that money from me. I know the Manger and ben don't work there anymore. I went into the store about a week ago. The person that worked told me he'd have his Manger call me the next day. I'm still waiting for that call. Verizon truly doesn't care about their customers at all!

My new phone was ordered to be shipped to me over a week ago. I got the confirmation email within a couple of hours saying it was shipped and gave me a Fed EX tracking number. It has been "Trapped" in Pennsylvania since the day after it was shown to be shipped. Verizon employees tell me that is between Fed EX and not their problem. Verizon picked the shipper and if there is a lost item claim THEY (Verizon) is supposed to make the claim. The whole crew at this location seem to want to take the "high road" and "that is what it is and don't bother me and go away as we are busy". My American Express card has PAID for the phone and now they really "don't care". I have been a customer of Verizon (for over 30 years) through being a customer of several companies that they have bought out. The coverage is great, but the support from at least this company location leaves a lot to be desired. I have been to other Verizon company stores and the personnel in the other stores seem to be willing and happy to take care of my needs and requests, but this is my "home location".

Employees are unhelpful will do anything just to get you out of the store, saying that they can't do anything and you must call the online number, do not listen to them! Went to another Verizon store and got some proper treatment. Leaving Verizon services after this.

I don't know a worse place in America. My family and I were deceived. Since we don’t know English, we communicated through an interpreter and asked 100 times what we were going to do and how much we were going to pay. As a result, it increased several times. the phones they were given worked with problems, changed phones. I will never do business with this company again.
