Sad excuse for customer service. Working in customer service myself, I was very disappointed when I felt like there was no resolve to any of my issues. Do yourself a favor and go to a different store.

Although the manager lady is nice and knowledgeable the other two guys need to be fired. Tried to up-sell me stuff and know nothing about promos, either they’re idiots or do it on purpose, regardless, incompetence like that is best to be avoided! Glad I went to the downtown riverfront store :)

This place was great easy pick up great staff friendly helpful with every question I had. If your having problems with your bill just talk to them they will work something out to help you out. Very happy with my experience there. I'll be back as always :) what are you waiting for I recommend 100%
