I heard the radio ads for years and finally went in to the store without the intent to purchase but just to look. John helped me and we started with a on sale great looking tv with an excellent picture quality. He showed me a few different options at similar price points, went through the technology on the TV's and I ultimately decided on something that was antiglare and gave more of the theater vibe; my house has big windows so glare can be a problem when watching movies/gaming. I'm glad that I visited the store and talked to John as well as the GM, they definitely know their way around TV and technology; I work in the film and production industry and to hear the guys talk about nits and spectro testing was great; only true TV nerds understand. Glad I stopped in and found the TV that fit my needs, they did not push me, and helped guide me to the best decision for my purposes. Thanks again.

Video only not only great prices but GREAT SERVICE We worked with the Manager today, our elderly father with dementia need a new tv. The manager, was kind and understanding. As always we got a GREAT deal , they had exactly what we were looking for. John was very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s always great to get someone who knows what they sell. He showed us the differences in TV picture quality, and we selected the best one for our needs. He also gave us a deal and took our non-working TV. Even went so far as to show us all the competitor prices. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our TV went out very unexpectedly in January and no troubleshooting we tried fixed it. We decided to check out Video Only, as we'd heard their (admittedly silly but memorable) radio ads and WOW was it the right choice!! The salesman was unobtrusive but offered to help further if we needed it. When the model we wanted ended up being out of stock, they offered an upgraded model for a small upcharge of our original pick. When we asked if they could deliver it to us and take our old TV (as it was so large and we're on the top floor of an apartment building) they gave us a resounding yes. Finally, when the delivery came it was prompt, personable and Mr. Hook even got it totally hooked up and mounted for us. Overall, this was the BEST customer service experience I've had in recent memory. Thanks so much, guys!!

I went into the spokane location for the first time and couldn't be more impressed with the inventory and hospitality. I went in with two different tv's in mind and Scott made it very easy to decide between the two. And to make matters even better they beat all the local competitors buy over $300. I'll definitely be shopping here again and I'll be telling all my friends to go check out video only when it's time for them to upgrade displays.

Great customer service. Scott was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Competitive prices to Best Buy and better financing options. Check this place out before going to a big box store. So worth it!

I had a great experience. The sales team was very helpful and the prices were competitive. The only reason for a 3 star is I provided my phone number and I started to get several spam calls a day right away. Do not give out you phone numbers.

I had a great experience here! I called ahead of going in to confirm a price on the TV that I was looking at, and it was on sale to match the pricing on Amazon. They also offer a $400-$500 credit to trade in your old TV, which is great. The manager, Andrew, was very friendly and helpful. He knew a lot about the TV and asked if I had all of the cords that I needed before I left. I would highly recommend Video Only if they have the TV model you're looking at for a great price!

First retail location I have ever seen that did not have a single screen adjusted correctly. Couple that with their lack of knowledge and it becomes very easy to find a better retailer.
