I didn't have my updated insurance card so the gal at the front called and got the updated information and then gave me a sticky note with my updated information! My son and I went to the pharmacy to get a prescription filled and it was absolutely ridiculous! The person (Ronnee) was so busy socializing with other employees that she kept asking us the same questions over and over. Very unprofessional and unfocused on her job!

3 registers, long line, 1 person at the registers. I've noticed that other workers just standing around won't look at the front when it's busy. Get it together and realize that your customers time is valuable too.
