We ended up purchasing two new iPhone 16s, and the service Jon provided was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly -- something that is very important to two seniors who are not as tech-savvy as we would like to be. Specifically, Jon spent 3 hours with us, dealing with the complexities of our family plan, setting up our new phones, explaining the complex details and changes of the process, searching for deals and discounts on his computer, trying to get us the best deal possible. In the end, we got new iPhones for a price that made us very happy, the cost of our monthly family plan service was reduced by $3 per phone, we were able to add robust iPhone insurance (which none of us had), and the flexibility for each member in the family plan was significantly enhanced, compared to the old plan. Jon seems like a wizard to us, but he was, in fact, an exceptionally dedicated and patient agent who made us feel as if he was completely dedicated to enhancing the quality of our phone service while saving us money.
