Went inside and had a nice chat with the young man Working there, not sure if he was the owner?Anyway, Bought some sugar cured King Salmon as a housewarming gift for my niece in Portland. Now I smoke a lot of salmon and have gotten pretty decent at it, but I've never had anything come close to how good this was. It was sure a hit for a housewarming gift. I can't wait to get back there this spring, I'm going to buy a lot more this time.”
