“Mookita (hope I spelt that right), was a pleasure to work with! She helped me recover my package that had been sent back to this post office since they couldn’t find my address and made my day! I could tell she had a handful of work on her shoulders but she still greeted me with a smile and helped me in a professional and kind way. I am so happy she took the extra time to try and look over the boxes! She even sent me a call after 3:00 (because i specifically asked anytime after 3) so that I could pick it up! I truly appreciate her service!”

“Most of the reviews are about the mail carrier and packages left on doorsteps or mis-delivered mail. My review is regarding sending packages while being in lobby of the mail office. Lots of people come in rushes and currently there is only ONE person working, who I ALWAYS have a wonderful interaction with. She works hard and does her best with everyone waiting in line. We have all been there, when there is a line and you can only go as fast as you can go. She is pleasant every time I see her and my packages have always arrived to where I am sending them. Personally, I have had great service with them and I very thankful.”
