“Linda is so nice. Honestly when I go into places like jewelers or higher-end stores, I usually have a hard time getting any help at all due to my tattoos & less-than-casual clothing. I went in to see if they could tighten the posts on my ring that I purchased elsewhere. Linda was overly helpful, gave me lots of tips and advice on ring care and about what stone mine could be (I'm not sure what it is), and even cleaned it for free for me! I really appreciate encountering non-judgemental people in retail because unfortunately they can be rare.”

Since I don't like to be without my wedding ring, I asked if I could pay a fee to have it expedited, but since the goldsmith happened to be there when I asked, they went ahead and expedited the service for free! I got my ring back after only 3 days, freshly polished, and it fits perfectly now. They also sell unique jewelry that I've never seen before in any other shop! “Made an appointment for my five year old to have her ears pierced for the first time. My partner was running late and Anastasia showed no signs of frustration. She was friendly, knowledgeable and PATIENT. She was very thorough. She made my daughter feel comfortable and even gave her a lollipop! However, my 7-year-old had to have best friend necklaces for her best friend.We went in and they had something like buy two get three free or something and of course I was being a Grinch and I refuse to let her get anything else. My other daughter ended up getting something also so we paid separately for that after the fact. Instead of just carrying on, she offered to refund the purchases that we had just made so that we could ring them up together and they could get three free items... She wasn't making any extra money. In fact she was going to have two voids on her sheet at the end of the night, but it was worth more to make a 7-year-old little girl happy. ❤️❤️❤️ THAT made the prices worth it!”

“It's either I got off lucky or these people are awesome or both. So I've purchased earrings and a necklace for my then girlfriend, not to expensive as she loves Blue Topaz. The staff were awesome at helping me find something nice; and everything they helped me find or recommended. The girlfriend loved it. Not too long ago my then girlfriend and I got some rather good news and decided to go pick up a ring. I had already know which one I was going to get her but was a little pricy (here I am saying that on a blue topaz ring not even a diamond ahaha that's because I'm not used to buying things over a couple hundred dollars). I kid you not, I walked in there on their random flash sale where everything was marked 50% off and well I didn't just buy the engagement ring. But also I have the wedding ring set up on lay away too locked in on this price. Absolute score. I got the warranty on everything, glad I did. Free cleanings and repairs for life. Came in handy. Michelle and Mike are absolutely godly in their help and expertise. Only had one sour moment however. Me and my now new fiancée took her necklace and earrings in to be cleaned and this guy "Jacob" was to do that. Well he broke my fiancée's necklace and then blamed it on her for it said it was broken when we handed it in, even though we walked in with it literally around her next and she re clasped it all intact. Well he wanted to undo it and broke the chain. Luckily another employee called him out and set us up to get it repaired. However Jacob wasn't done so he went and cleaned the earrings. He took them back probably stood in the room for 30 seconds and brought them back looking exactly the same. The staff member who set up the repair she took the dirty earrings and went back and cleaned them correctly herself. Necklace is back in one piece now and looks great. She's flaunting her ring off to anyone and everyone. So can't diss the jewelers as a whole off of my one time experience with Jacob.”

“The lady and man that run this shop are so sweet, helpful and very professional. They helped me find a flower girl dress for my niece and the service the lady brings to customers is absolutely beautiful. My niece is a big girl for her age and when we went to shops in Tacoma, workers would emphasize that verbally in front of my niece which made her feel uncomfortable and was completely degrading. The owner or lady who works at Murasaki made my niece feel like an absolute princess and my niece lit up after the she laced up the dress and complimented her. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Their dresses are reasonably priced and their service is just top notch. Their shop is always very neat and organized. Dressing rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will forever be a customer here solely because of their service. Very professional and polite owners.”
