Alicia Nelson at Sumner RV was great to work with. I sent an email request for an order & received a response the next day & a phone call to verify the order. Received another email with shipping costs so there was no question as to the total amt due. It's so nice to have good customer service when that isn't always the case these days! Thanks, Alicia!

This is the 2nd RV we've purchased from Sumner RV. They are a pleasure to work with. No hi-preasure tactics, just do their best to accommodate your needs. They make sure that your tow rig is sufficient BEFORE you buy! The parts desk is knowledgeable, and the service department is top-notch. We bought the first Backcountry 26RPS in the area, and Kyle didn't hesitate to call the factory to make sure that our questions were answered. We highly recommend them!

Had a wonderful experience searching for and buying a fifth wheeler at Sumner RV.
They never pushed us and were informative at the same time. They truly wanted the best fit for us. Kyle, Patrick and the whole team were excellent to work with. The inventory, especially Northwood, was very good and we are really grateful for our purchase. Go check them out!

Andy is a wonderful salesman. He is very knowledgeable about the trailer we were interested in. He has been very patient with our many questions after buying the trailer.
Larisa is a very organized person. I was dreading the multitude of anticipated paperwork. Signing was a breeze.
Justin is very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time explaining the ins and outs of the trailer, making sure that we understood everything. There was a very minor problem which he solved quickly and efficiently.
We would highly recommend Sumner RV!

A huge shout out to Sumner RV for getting the warranty work completed on our 2024 Apex Nano - a known window issue. We didn't buy our Apex from them, but they honored the warranty, jumped through all of the hoops to get the the work approved and then had the work done. We sure appreciate Sumner doing this work for people who hadn't bought their RV there. We also happened to have a leaky tire and they fixed that for us too. We had other Coachman warranty dealers refuse us service because we hadn't bought our unit there. Sumner RV is a class act. Thank you.

We would highly recommend Sumner RV in Sumner, WA. for your recreational vehicle needs. We researched for months trying to decide which RV we wanted to purchase. We knew we wanted an RV that we could go off grid with and yet have all the pleasures of home. We decided to purchase an Outdoors RV Backcountry model 25DVS. From our initial phone call to Sumner RV, to the time we drove off the lot after camping at their facility for free for one night, they were nothing but a pleasure to work with. We drove from Minnesota, almost 1600 miles, because we were so impressed with the phone calls, FaceTime calls, etc. spent with us to help us make a decision. We feel they went above and beyond to make our RV purchase the most positive experience. A special thanks to salesperson Andy and Justin in the service department. We truly appreciate the time spent with us and the service provided. We camped for three nights traveling from Washington back home to Minnesota with our new RV and we just love it.

Had a great experience at Sumner RV. Great people and Justin did a great job walking me through the trailer. Helped with concerns and addressed all my questions. Everyone was friendly. Highly recommended them. Worth the drive. No matter where you come from.
