This review specifically pertains to Rod Jackson. I called for an unusual request and ended up wasting his time. He had every right to be upset with me. Instead of being angry with me, he showed me kindness and patience. Any organization would be fortunate to have this individual. Seriously.

We were very happy with our buying experience at Sumner RV. The young man who did the inspection with us was super knowledgeable and shared some of his own tips to make things easier. The sales process was low key and straight forward, which we especially appreciated. Everyone was so nice to work with.
